The most valuable thing that you possess is your health and wellbeing. I am passionate about helping people get more out of their lives, so if you’re currently facing a challenge in your life I can help.

 

We are living in unusual and unsettling times. I feel that it is during these most challenging of periods that our indomitable human spirit has an opportunity to shine through.

 

It is moments like these in particular that we should work with an even greater sense of purpose and togetherness. If we each do our little bit for one another then life just might be a little more bearable. I hope you all share my hope that we will all come through this with a greater sense of community.

Here to Help

I know that my skills may help some of you get through this period, so my small contribution is to temporarily stop offering my service at a fixed price.

Instead I am offering my service at a donation rate set by you and your ability to pay. In addition to this, in light of the mental health crisis that the pandemic is causing and will continue to cause, I will donate 5% of all my income to the charity Samaritans.
